Terms and Conditions

The Seamless Blend Terms and Conditions

The Seamless Blend provide services for stepfamilies (“blended families”) and promotes the well-being of all service participants, their family members, and The Seamless Blend staff.

We do our utmost to ensure all participants feel safe, comfortable and welcome at every stage.  These Terms and Conditions (T& C’s) define The Seamless Blend’s commitment to our participants, and our participants responsibilities to The Seamless Blend so that we may have a clear and transparent interaction and mutual satisfaction.

THE SEAMLESS BLEND COMMITMENT: if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service please feel to email admin@seamlessblend.com.au.  We will work to resolve the matter by:

  1. Issuing an apology

  2. Working to rectify the matter where possible

  3. Train and/or re-train staff

By completing The Seamless Blend Registration Form, the participant (“you”)  agree to the following Terms and Conditions which together with the Privacy Policy governs your access, use and engagement through The Seamless Blend.

  1. Intellectual Property
     

    1. All material on this website, including the TSB Framework, concepts and information, TSB logos, any TSB downloads and/or marketing material, pricing, products and services (Content) is owned by The Seamless Blend.  You must not reproduce, transmit, adapt, distribute, share, sell, modify, publish or store Content for any purpose, other than with the prior written consent of The Seamless Blend or as permitted by law.  All rights of The Seamless Blend are reserved.

    2. All material provided in Workshops, Coffee and Chats, Conferences and/or Corporate Training Programs, including the TSB Framework, concepts and information, TSB logos, any TSB downloads and/or marketing material, pricing, products and services (Content) is owned by The Seamless Blend.  You must not reproduce, transmit, adapt, distribute, share, sell, modify, publish or store Content for any purpose, other than with the prior written consent of The Seamless Blend or as permitted by law.  All rights of The Seamless Blend are reserved.

    2. Our services are designed to support specific blended family needs. For the safety and wellbeing of you, your family and other group participants, we may refer you to other services.  If we feel our service is not suited to you or your family’s unique needs we may:

      1. Refer you to an additional service provider partner with your consent. These service partners may include marriage counsellors, psychologists, family violence services etc.  We will not make a referral without your consent.

      2. Refer you to another service provider partner with your consent and cease service until that referral has progressed. These service partners may include marriage counsellors, psychologists, family violence services etc.  We will not make a referral without your consent but may cease your service if we deem necessary.
         

  3. Code of Responsibilities and Conduct

    The Seamless Blend endeavours to provide a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment for all participants.  As such we require all participants to engage in respectful behaviour and appropriate conduct.  As a participant of service with The Seamless Blend it is your responsibility to engage with all other participants and staff in such a manner.   In particular, you must not:

    a) use the content provided in any manner other than how it is intended and how it is described within the context of any workshop or service activity. 
    b) use any content or material to harm, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise offend others, including but not limited to your own family members, other participants, other participants’ family members, The Seamless Blend Staff members, The Seamless Blend’s family members, general community members.
    c) harm, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise offend others, including but not limited to your own family members, other participants, other participants’ family members, The Seamless Blend Staff members, The Seamless Blend’s family members, general community members
    d) in relation to other participants, other participants family members, The Seamless Blend Staff, The Seamless Blend Staff’s family members, or The Seamless Blend’s community, post or transmit any obscene, indecent, inflammatory or pornographic material or any other material that may give rise to civil or criminal proceedings;
    e) interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the any service, online or in person provided by The Seamless Blend.
    f) knowingly transmit any viruses, worms, defects, trojan horses or similar disabling or malicious code to any online service provided by The Seamless Blend
    g) engage in illegal, disrespectful or harmful conduct;

    If you believe that a participant has breached any of the above conditions, please contact us.

    The Seamless Blend reserves the right to cease, exclude or suspend any participant from service, and/or to modify or remove pending service, without notice if a participant has breached or is threatening to breach the Code of Responsibilities and Conduct.  If you breach or threaten to breach the Code of Responsibilities and Conduct you will not be entitled to a refund or reimbursement of funds. 
     

  4. Your fees and financial obligations
     

    1. You must pay all The Seamless Blend account by the due date from a Bank Account or by Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard only). Fees and charges for The Seamless Blend are subject to change. 

    2. You must pay a non-refundable 50% deposit for all Seamless Blend services to secure your booking. The balance must be paid two weeks before service begins or as negotiated with The Seamless Blend staff.
       

  5. Privacy Policy

    The Seamless Blend’s Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.  By using The Seamless Blend services and/or completing The Seamless Blend Registration Form, you agree to the Privacy Policy which governs your access, use and engagement through The Seamless Blend.
